- 1 / 5By Allen GI can see why this place has more 1 star reviews than anything else. I called and spoke to Kelly the Manager before I left my house to verify 1. If they had chicken. And 2. If they had white rice on this evening(07/10/2016).. she then confirmed she always has chicken which isn't the case and she does have white rice. I drove to Pollo and found out again they had no chicken or white rice. I spoke to Kelly in person and she said they just sold out. In 5 min that it took me to get there they sold out. How does pollo tropical stay in business selling chicken they do not have cooked???? Another bad experience.March 17, 2017
