    Poor service. If I walk up and say "hello" don't try to take my order in Spanish and then looked pissed when I keep ordering in English.

    Chick-fil-A has changed the menu and the #3 is no longer the spicy chicken sandwich. So if I ask for a #1 with a spicy sandwich, don't say there is no spicy #1, FINE make it a plain #2 with pickle. Whatever buttons you have to press to get what the #3 used to be.
